By simply sending a standard e-mail with a live URL link you can invite up to 999 people to join your online meeting. You only need to install eReview once on your server. From this point on none of the invited meeting attendees need any software installation on the client side. They have full access to all the features and functions of eReview by simply clicking on the URL in their e-mail.


Communicate
eReview utilizes the latest technology for real time online chat and instant messaging. This feature allows individual meeting attendees to communicate via text messages in real time. eReview also allows meeting attendees to communicate in real time by multipoint voice and video technologies. These robust features (voice and video) are recommended for our power users that utilize broadband technologies. Our R & D team is constantly developing, monitoring and incorporating new audio and video compression routines that complement the current stages of broadband deployment in the market.


View
eReview currently allows you to view and share over 250 file formats natively. This means that you can share different file formats without having the original application installed on your computer or on any of the computers your meeting attendees may be using. Users can view numerous file types including scanned raster images, vector, postscript, PDF, Office documents, 2D/3D images and 3D models. The Web4 team is continuously incorporating new file formats into the eReview engine. Our team has the capability to customize and incorporate any special or proprietary file formats that you may be using.


Markup (Analyze)
eReview enables online real time detailed interaction and collaboration between the meeting chairperson and all the meeting attendees. The system allows the users to markup, pan, zoom, rotate, add text, tile images (side-by-side), get a bird's eye view or use one of the thousands of features and tools available to get your point across.
