Geometric Software Chooses netGuru's eReview For Its PLM Solutions



YORBA LINDA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2003--Web4, a division of netGuru Inc. (Nasdaq:NGRU), and a provider of enterprise collaborative commerce solutions, today announced that Geometric Software Solutions (Geometric), a leading provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions for the mechanical design, manufacturing and industrial markets has chosen Web4's eReview to enhance Geometric's product offerings.

Geometric will license Web4's core two-dimensional (2D) viewing, markup and real-time collaboration technology, eReview, and integrate it into Geometric's visualization package called CollabView.

By integrating eReview's market-leading real-time collaboration technology, Geometric will offer a new collaboration suite to document management companies worldwide looking to embed a visualization and markup solution in their workflow management system.

Geometric has been offering Computer Aided Design (CAD) and PLM integration services and technology to leading software vendors such as MSC.Software, Electronic Data Systems and Autodesk. eReview's platform agnostic real-time viewing and markup system, will enable Geometric to extend its own collaboration framework and offer a seamless integration between document vaulting, retrieving and viewing of any 2D or three-dimensional (3D) CAD files.
